Description:
How can you move from testing success rates to measuring user experience? How is user experience being measured today and what is on the horizon?

Understanding your audience’s motivations and how to convert them to action is an elusive but ever-present goal. A wide range of standard analytics tools measure hit rates and conversions but rarely provide real insight into your customers' needs and desires. Even standard usability testing often focuses on completing tasks and not what the users are experiencing.

Learn about how you can move from routine usability testing to cutting edge user experience measurement techniques that seek to deliver deep, actionable insight into your customers' online experience.

Should you believe the hype about measuring “experience” and “neuromarketing”? Join me and find out!
